Another Saturday at Chevalier...Mostly Blind: Tasted blind. Fairly easy to identify as the non-Bordeaux in the pair. Slightly sweet and very earthy black cherry and plum with some tobacco. Very good length and good+ weight. charming.

Saturday Blind Tasting - Bordeaux '03 and Older (Chevalier Fine Wines): Blind. Attractive nose of dusty black cherry and plum. Again, a dusty plum profile on the palate with good amounts of tobacco and some spice. Fruit is clearly aged, but still has some freshness. Tannins resolved. Most guessed aged Cali vs. BDX.
