There's some peppery syrah towards the finish, like maybe from a cooler climate (Edna Valley?). It's a good value for the money, but it doesn't have the complexity of some of the other Bishop's Peak wines, which can be a real steal.

  This had an everyday complexity. Not spectacular, but pretty good for pizza wines. Had to pay shipping, so would amhace preferred a lower cost wine that would probably have given a similar profile.
