  Tremendous - right out of the shoot, this wine was complex, left open and tasted each hour for 3 hours and it evolved amazingly well - opened up, very smooth . was for my son's 21'st birthday which made it even more special. Perfectly paired with rich steaks.

  3 hour decant. In a percect place right now! Great balance and extra long finish. Still rocking 5 hours later!
  Dark cherry, plum and raspberry with light leather and mushrooms. Cherry and plum finish goes on forever..a truely fantastic bottle
