When I first opened this, I thought it was past its prime, but after some time it perked up. Apple-y with a pleasant balance of sweetness and acidity. It actually reminded me a bit of some I've had from the Mosel.

Light straw color. Apple and diesel on the nose. Heavy apple and apricot on the front end with some spice. A longish finish tastes similar to Prosecco. Almost cleanses the palate. More generally, a well-balanced wine with good concentration. Medium body and coats the palate. Not like German Riesling, but interesting. Reflects the place it's grown.
