We tried this at a restaurant in Oregon. It was recommended on the menu as a match for the Steelhead trout we had ordered. We were also curious to try our first Oregon Pinot Blanc. It had a grassy nose and tropical fruit flavors. It did not impress us as a standalone sipping wine. We had expected something similar to an Alsatian Pinot Blanc but this was much sweeter. To our taste buds, this level of sugar is much more pleasant in a Riesling. To the restaurant's credit, however, it was a creditable match for our entree once it arrived.

It's got to be one of our favorite white wines. This one went fast at a wine tasting we held yesterday. Very nice fruity nose and taste without being overbearing. Great with summer foods.

Peach, floral, and tropical notes dominant with some sweet apple. Well balanced, maybe a little too much fruit; some stone/minerality on the finish. Really pretty good, a little fruit forward for my taste but quite tasty.

(Four Graces Pinot Blanc) #2; VaynerPAZZZ; COLOR-light golden; NOSE-tight; hint of burn plastic & lemon; PALATE-exactly like cucumbers on the attack; and some hand lotion; obvious golden pear on the mid-palate; I like this wine; it's fresh; lacking some acidity, but it has good length; pretty steely and some nice minerality on the back-end; this wine is a little disjointed; GV-87

Subtle bouquet to the nose. I taste butterscotch and Asian pear. Excellent on a hot day.
