  went lovely with traditional thanksgiving fair. it has matured nicely. on the nose bright fresh apple, jasmine, hints of tropical fruit, and honey. on the palate dry, crisp, and soft on the palate, with the fruit balancing the alcohol, and the flavors consistent with the lucious aromas. so glad i have one more.
