Typical Chardonnay nose, with a touch of smoke and smoked meats (too much heavy use of oak, as is very common with the producer). Soft and long, with a good acidity and some pepper/spice notes (again from the wood I suspect) and round, creamy butter/oil on the finish. A good Jadot wine, but only decent for the vineyard.
