  Tasted blind - ruby red in colour, clear throughout. Earthy nose of barnyard with some stewed red fruits. Silky mouth feel with flavours cooked red fruits and some bitter chocolate. High acidity, low to medium tannin, medium body. Short finish with some sweetness. Good.
