  Light golden yellow. In the nose, this is very elegant, dense and broad, but also fresh with notes of roasted hazelnuts and almonds, a bit of Marzipan, citric notes and hints of mint. On the palate, this is chalky, very dry, a bit like stone dust with citric notes in the background. There's a lot to chew on in the finish. Long chalky finish.
