Rockss and Fruit

(Thomas Morey St. Aubin) This is of very high quality but extremely unevolved at this stage. Some toast, mineraly stank (when it just reeks of minerality), lime zest and high-toned floral notes. Some oak on the palate with lovely elegance and concentration. Great acidity and purity with almost an overwhelming concentration of youthful minerality. This is very promising but needs five years to pull all of its components together. Really lovely stuff and easily 1er quality.
