  Beatiful gold / green brilliance in the glass. Some sort of elegant austere character pervades the nose. Precise green apple tones bind together with a richer spiced fruit current. The wax element produces a very intriguing tightness on deep smells. Complex and refined. Very well balanced on the palate, ripe and well structured. Superb lemon like acidity that adds livelyness and dynamism and pairs well with the subtle sweet vanilla touch in the finish. Rebuy: yes.
