OK - so it wasn't consistent from nose through finish. But, it was a solid representation of what Cab Sav can be from Argentina - good nose of pencil shavings and dark fruit with a solid roundness in the mouth. However, i agree that there was a little lacking in the mid-palate with a short finish. hey, its reasonably priced and might have gone well with my pork tenderloin if I hadn't marinaded it in maple syrup and thyme. This is a stand around and talk wine - not a supper wine.
Nose is actually prettey attractive. Fruitforward and lush with a few complex notes of wet earth. In the palate, though, it does not hold up. There is a big hole in the mid palate, and it lacks overall deliciousness. Very decent.

No notes taken, but we all quite liked that one. Very nice raspberry aroma, medium bodied and with a pleasing finish. I did note that I preferred it best decanted 30+ mins. Will try again. [4.0 to 4.25/5]

Drank during Christmas dinner, did not have time to keep drinking notes, but it was a very nice bottle, would buy again.
