D'une couleur mauve très foncé, ce vin a un nez très présent sur des notes de champignon, terre, cerise et anis. Vin très goûteux et un peu trop boisé avec des aromes de petits fruits confits, cerise et de prune. D'une bonne acidité, il s'ouvre beaucoup plus après 1h de décantage. Excellent pour accompagner un braiser de bœuf.

Tempranillo night was a success. Along with the Ercavio this wine was excellent and edged the rest as our favorite for the evening. We let it decant for an hour which really was worth it. Full bodied with good dark ruby color, silky texture, notes of berries, cherry and vanilla and oaky finish.

Beautiful nose that didn't go away two hours after opening. Cherry, earthiness, maybe some plum? Medium body but a nice soft, round feel in the mouth. No tannins left at this point. I decanted 1/2 hour before pouring. We had it with the last of the turkey-and-fixings after Christmas and it did the trick nicely. It was even pretty good alone before dinner. A very friendly wine on this cold winter night.But the price tag is a bit high at $27 (Canada).

quand même très surprenant. ca été le vin de la soirée pour moi. c'était pas une so0irée grand vin, mais il s'est démarqué..une bonne chaleur Steph a préféré le gran sangre de toro
