Nose is subtle flowery white fruit Skinless pears with hints of apricot and honeysuckle to palate transition to spice and continue through finish, which is moderate dry and mild.

No formal notes - As suggested by other CT users, I tried this with a Thai style chicken curry. Lychee jumping out of the glass, some more exotic fruit and a little mineral touch. Held up nicely against the spicy curry and had enough refreshing acidity, to cope with the hot dish and hot summer evening.

Light gold and polished. Typical floral nose with notes of lychee, peach, and a touch of bergamot. A touch green (not quite ripe? or granny smith apple...) and a bit hollow on the palate. All things considered, at this price point it's hard to find better. My standard house white for Thai cusine. Good QPR.

Talk about a pleasant surprise. Right from the start the aroma of this wine hits you as if you are in a bakery with fresh peach and apple pies drizzled with warm caramel on top. The palate does not disappoint. Nice acidity with a “green apple” tartness along with a nice linger towards the finish. It went well with chicken as well as the pumpkin pie for desert. Must run and get more from the wine store….

I love Gewurtz, period. But funny, we don't have it as much as I would like to, this one was a classic Alsace offering to say the least - Gold, full viscosity with a nose of flowers, lanolin, apple, spice, lychee and vanilla creme, excellent structure/balance, smooth and sweet on the finish with excellent length, a winner and a great QPR! (91 Points).
