  Good deep '06 cvolor. Medium body. Nice blackberry, cedar, clay, plum, herb, lt. tobacco.
  One of the better GC's out there for St. Emilion.
  
  Nice now and can likely cellar for a few more yrs without losing anything.

  Intensely floral nose intermingled with blackberry jam, cherry, plum, sweet vanilla and herbs, med bodied midpalate and the finish repeats flavors from the nose with a tail end of dill and vanilla with drying tannins.

  This is a great wine. Notes were consistent but the tannins were a little more evident. A bit of decanting should have helped.

  At under $30, this is one of the best Bordeaux I've drank to date. The nose is powerful and it is just as luscious on the palate. Although elegance and finesse are traded for exuberance and flamboyancy, it isn't flashy in a cheap, showy and in your face kind of way. Finish is long. Excellent offering.
