En Primeur campaign for the 2022 vintage Day Four (Bordeaux): From Double Magnum. Toffee, caramel, ripe orange marmalade, surprisingly forward and this is reflected on the palate; toffee, textured burr, sweet spice, that orange marmalade is more brown sugared. Yes it's forward but it's yum.

375 ml. Nice orange gold color, apricot, pineapple, vanilla, peach at nose, same at palate, complex wine, sweet with alcohol medium to long aftertaste. In 2022 still very drinkable and maybe still for couple years more.

from 375ml. pretty gold, with very sweet aromas of honey and caramel. Thick and sweet on the palate - almost cloying - with lots of honey, but not a preponderance of minerality or structure, i.e. not much complexity. A pleasant crowd pleaser with it's sweetness, but not a memorable Sauternes. Drink up!

Orange peel, caramelized honey, slightly almond-y
At the end of its life, but enjoyable

Rich and deep by now, with loads of honey. Went perfectly with the Apfelstrudel.
