Interesting Rhone varietal commonly used in blends. If you want to try something very different from chard, sauv blanc, or pin gri---try this. Did not think, as mentioned by other reviewers, that this was too sweet. Served lightly chilled, paired tonight with a salad. Crisp, balanced food wine.

Pale straw colour. Tart, citrusy nose with a little syrupy-sweet stonefruit behind it, maybe white peach or apricot.
Surprisingly heavy and rich in mouthfeel quite sweet - off-dry - much sweeter than expected. Canned peaches, mostly in a good way. Finish is short and dryer, more zesty. I could do with more acidity and minerality, though, and this is a bit simple. I'm rather disappointed.

More oak than I expected. A lot of floral notes on the nose and some lighter apple/pear on the palate. Enjoyed it as an alternative to the 'usual' chard, though!

Light straw in color, no sediment, crystal clear. Heavy floral notes on nose. First sip, tart granny smith apple and oak. A bit heavy on the oak for me. Coats palate well, but finishes clean and smooth. No bitter aftertaste. Goes well with Creminelli's Sopresata and fontina cheese.
