BWC 2014 - The Grand Crus of Chambertin: One of the best wines of the night, without question. The nose has a middle and a finish. This wine is jewel-like, well structured, in fantastic condition, layered and complex, so very long, and simply fabulous. Secondary flavors and aromas all the way, and still growing as it vanished.

brownish and opaque with some sedimentation. Meadow-land and flowery aroma. Smoky taste of cat-chuck and some fruits with a mild biotic taste. This wine still shows some vigour and at this age appears more as a curiosity. would have peaked in 2005. Tannins virtually gone.
