Great nose of wild sagebrush, eucalyptus, and brown sugar. Wisened. Herbal and saturating in character. Goes wonderfully with dressing and gravy. Is De Loach officially a Pinot Noir and Zinfandel staunchion at this point?

Nice mature color and great nose of ripe zinfandel fruit! On the palate though, there's a spritzy, slightly fizzy quality that detracts from the wine. If not for that, it would easily be a 90 pointer...

Was worried about this bottle because it was FOUR years past it's drinkability window. But it was still bold and fruity, with a beautiful aroma of licorice plum, and cherries.

Slightly past it's prime. Subtle tannins, with hints of black cherry, and licorice. Perfect with Amy's signature pasta with sausage and chicken.

A little hot at the beginning, but turned into a soft tannin Zinfandel with a hint of fruit. Vey sophisticated and elegant.
