Rockss and Fruit

(Schafer-Frohlich Bockenauer Felseneck Auslese) Honeyed, haunting minerality on the nose. The first wine with a slight hint of botrytis. Also some wet earth on the nose. Elegant and honeyed palate exuding pure Riesling fruit with a dollop of clean botrytis. Great mouthfeel too. Extremely concentrated yet so cut. You cannot believe how fantastically cleansing the finish is after all the ripe fruit in the midpalate. Masterful Auslese.
