  Drink up. This one is at the end. It was good for about 10 minutes and then faded out. Still had some faint chocolate and coffee notes.

  Classic 2006 Napa cab. Drinking beautiful, best enjoyed over next few years. Having tasted many older peju wines these are best enjoyed before they turn 20.

  Much better than expected. We drank a few of these years ago and saved one, well, because there was a spot left on the rack. The nose was light, but this wine still packed a delightfully full flavored palette. Every sip was full of cherry and raspberry fruit, a touch of leather, and supple velvety tannins. Probably two years past prime drinking, but still plenty to enjoy. I wish I had a couple more of these. A beautiful compliment to our savory pork chop dinner.
