Color: Deep brown. Nose: Roasted nuts. A hint of fruit. Mouth: Dry. Again, roasted nuts. Coconut. A hint of coffee. Some fruit like citrus is lurking in the background. There is a salinity and a freshness like from a chlorinated swimming pool in the sun.

Light brown, deep amber. On the nose dark chocolate with orange zest and spices. Pallet is sweet on entry with dried citrus fruit and chocolate and winter spice cake. Long finish and smooth profile.

Marco de Jerez from TSA (La Salut, Redfern): A little candied coffee lozenge, slight salted caramel, walnuts, dried candied peel. Juicy, the palate reflects the nose, a touch of chocolate here as well. Marvellous

Brazil nuts and gentle orange zest, soft and gentle on the nose and palate, nice tightness for an Oloroso, fresh finish with walnut and Brazil nuts. Slightly richer than the Amontillado
