Perfect filling. Very local barnyard nose. A great expression of mature Syrah, iron-notes galore, olives, tar with some fresh fruit arriving with just a little bit of air. Certainly time to drink this, but it is by no means gone. #podcast

Garnet, medium(+) intensity. Mature nose medium(+) intensity. Vanilla, black olives, meat, leather. On the palate a slight sweetness, high(-) acidity, medium, well grinded tannins, medium(+) body. 13%. Flavours of ripe and dry fruit. Notes of mint. Meat, smoked charcuterie. Very good length. Soft texture. The acidity wrapped in fruit. Warm intensity. Pleasant maturity. Last bottle and a nice surprise. So much better than the previous one tasted in April. All bottles stored together. Apparent bottle variation.
