Weedy, dill aromas, but in a very pleasant, sweet way. Bright fruit and bold acidity with light tannins. Not a real serious contender, but a very attractive, drinkable wine.

NobleRottersSydney - South America (Alio's, Surry Hills): [cork, 14.7%, A$45] An intriguing nose of briary, tree-like aromas with appealing rusticity and a dash of tobacco. Medium acid, chalky tannins, plenty of body. The wine tastes all of branches and twigs – I don’t mean really woody/oaky, rather a kind of spice. A warm finish follows, with mid-palate presence and a medium-full bodied weight. Perhaps the most individual wine of the night.
