  85 score, Very Good to Excellent, a bit funky nose with some tar and smoke, and black fruits. Strong thick mouthfeel, with blackberries currants and a bit of orange on the palate. Nice wine, though not my personal favorite style. Would not buy again because of stylistic differences...but if you are a fan of Rhone wine this is going to be a nice daily drinker for you.

  Forgot to add when first drank so no notes. However, I do remember I really liked it and would by more. Met the winemaker at his restaurant in CdP and he is a really knowledgable and great guy and his wine reflects his character, bold, agressive yet subtle and soft.
