  In a perfect spot. It was myblast bottle of 2007 but definitely a "drink now" fornl a wine which is at its peak.
  
  Opened two hours in advance, opening the neck of the bottle and using Zalto Burgundy stems to maximise oxygenation without decanting and to follow the wine during thebeving.
  
  Everything is present, acidity, integrated tannins, evolved fruit, Mediterranean spices and a touch of tertiary notes.
  
  Just right

  Au nez : fruits rouges mûrs, toasté, tabac, café torréfié, caramel brulé...
  Un vin savoureux, fondu et rond aux saveurs de fruits mûrs et de sucre d'orge. Les tannins sont fins avec une sensation d'umami. Harmonieux avec une longue finale sur le fruit. Délicieux et prêt à boire !

  - without decanting
  - Nose: medium + intense aromas with notes of maturity: Extreme freshness with plums, wild berries and also red fruity aromas of red cherries, red plums. Beautifully accompanied by vanilla, forest floor and foliage from the tertiary spectrum. It is simply a beautiful, floating freshness in the glass! Great!
  - Mouth: high tastiness with refreshing, medium + acidity, the tannins (medium) are nicely round and superbly integrated. There is a lot of substance and the drinking flow due to the excellent freshness is impressive. More aromas of prunes, vanilla, white pepper and herbal spice are now apparent. Great length, carried by the great "melting" of the perfect ageing stage.

  Lots of sediment. Dark ruby color. Sweet, and ripe fruit, with medium to full body. Average acidity and ripe tannins. Solid and balanced structure. Medium length and pleasant finish. Overall nice wine, but nothing exceptional.
