SLDS May 2016 - Verace Pizza: Coconut, mandarin, orange, honey and pear. Pure and delicate on the palate, the sweetness is delicious and really well considered. A whole lot of time left for this to develop, but it is still extremely good now.

Lovely fresh lifted nose - pear and apple and quince. Palate has great length. Sweet but well balanced.
