Perfect cork, no seepage. Henri de Villamont bottling. Was expecting the worse, the bottle was from auction, had no capsule left and the cork showed signs of tampering.
Nonetheless, the wine tasted like a pommard. It put on significant weight after about 60 minutes. Rustic tannins, firm structure. Slight bricking at meniscus.
Good wine. Drink or hold to 2020. Unlikely to improve much. 13% abv
