  Clear greenish golden color.
  Surprisingly evolved on the nose for such a young spatlese with loads og petrolium and honey on the nose. Reminds me of Johs Christoffel Jr.s library release wines. Increasingly complex as it airs.
  
  Tastes great - excellent balance of sweet and sour. No "green" flavours that I sometimes sense in younger kabinett and spatlese. Creamy - maybe could still slim down a bit. Will improve. Drink now - 2027
