Nice solid 1er quality white burg, good balance, decent acidity in the finish, typical 97, quality, drinking well now. A bit sneaky in the finish - acids linger more than apparent at first. Good with food. Well liked by table.

Other than BWC label, I don’t know where this came from or how many are left. It is fully mature, with a deep yellow color and a floral, honey nose. Nice depth to the finish, with good balance, though maybe a bit low on acid. No blatant flaws, but typical 1997 low acidity wine, albeit a very good one. Would give this a B+, at least.

Mildly corked, which was unfortunate because otherwise it was showing well with plenty of life remaining.
