Medium brunt copper/salmon small beady bubbles. Raspberry, strawberry, cinnamon, vanilla, clean cool tide pool. Medium fizzy acidity - sour cherry, raspberry, granite, salt lick. Fun stuff son of Sant Chamant. No dates/dosage listed.

A: Deep salmon with fine persistent mousse N: Overwhelming acetone, Brandy, oxidised raspberry and cherry cordial. NAIL POLISH REMOVER, Some pear, dragonfruit and PLASTIC and more ACETONE and it wouldn't blow off with time. The faulty smells kept coming in waves. P: Dry, medium (+) body, high acid, medium (-) alcohol and the intensity of the off flavours went on forever. C: Faulty. I won't be going to that Champagne Bar again.

Dark color (not quite Larmandier Bernier Saignee color, but very clear ruby red). Nose of pure strawberry and minerals. Flavor profile does not reflect the dark color of the wine (thankfully, as I personally find the Larmandier Bernier too much). Great richness and ripeness of fruit for such low dosage (5 g/L) and a clean, minerally finish. 100% PN from Ay Grand Cru, made Saignee style.
