Alzinger with Terry Theise (Seasonal): An unusual profile for an eiswein. Much less swweet and treacly than the TBA, and not so far off a sweet table wine. The amount of crispness and peppery bite in here is surprising. I'm not sure of the ideal function of this wine would be but it definitely occupies its own niche.

Surprisingly a bit "green" in taste. Maybe because it's a GV and not made from Riesling?
