Doorstoofd fruit. Smaak / Afdronk: Niet heel fris, ook niet mollig. Ook in de mond allemaal wat neutraal en weinig-zeggend. Royaal in de alcohol. Bittertje, houttannines. Algemeen / potentieel: Niet onaangenaam, maar absoluut ook niet spannend. Meest waarschijnlijk oude wereld. 50 + Kleur: 5 + Aroma / bouquet: 8 + Smaak / Afdronk: 10 + Algemeen / potentieel: 7 = 80/100

  2007 Isole e Olena Chardonnay Collezione de Marchi Toscana IGT (Italië, Toscane, Toscana IGT) Kleur: Vol strogeel Aroma / bouquet: Expressief: zwoel tropisch geel fruit in balans gehouden door frisse accenten van citrus en sinaasappelschilletjes, uitgesproken houtgebruik in combinatie met een frisse mineraliteit . Smaak / Afdronk: Plezierig frisse aanzet met een romig mondgevoel, uitgesproken zuurgraad, rijpere tonen die de opvoeding op Frans eiken verraden. Algemeen / potentieel: Heerlijk glas met een prachtige en bovengemiddelde balans tussen minerale frisheid en rijpere tonen. De 90 punten van Parker lijken me echter aan de royale kant. 50 + Kleur: 5 + Aroma / bouquet: 9 + Smaak / Afdronk: 14 + Algemeen / potentieel: 7 = 85/100
