Pale salmon color. Quickly disappearing mousse Wine is closed with medium(-) aromas of soaked red berries. Palate of rose grapefruit is much more attractive with well integrated sugar which is balanced with medium(+) acidity. Not the very best example of Rosé Crémant de Bourgogne, but why should I complain given the €10 price tag. Easy drinking on a hot summer day if chilled well enough.
