Interesting nose, full of strawberry and raspberry, incense, leather, earth and lots of musk, the latter tending to dominate. Palate is round and savory. Paired extremely well with robiola cheese. I recommend that pairing.

taste: excellent richer and robust feel (for chambolle at least) with nice tones of flowers, spice tones and berries. Good medium+ acidity with good tannins as well
overall: this needs some time to smooth out a bit. Very pretty aromatics with good depth for a village wine. A bit more built then most chambolles, this still shows off the terroir well and is certainly a chambolle

Fine Vines Fall Grand Tasting (OneSixtyBlue, Chicago IL): nose: beautiful and hi-toned nose of flowers, spices, red cherries, and berry tones. Nice depth that is real pretty tight right now
