  • Cork out in one piece, opened 1h prior to serving

The nose is very interesting with notes of glue, sherry, leather, sous bois and acidic red cherries.

The nose is much more lively and youthful, bright red berries swarm up in the mouth after swallowing. A fantastic finish driven by juicy red cherries.

With air, this became increasingly classic sangiovese, the sherry note disappeared, rendering the wine super harmonious and ever so interesting.

At its best with the last sip after some 4 hours
