No one is going to read this review, but here goes. Got it on sale, way too long in the tooth for a CdR, but I thought it would be a fun experiment. Syrah/Grenache in equal parts. It was sharp--tannic, acidic. Maybe E Asimov would like this, but... I let it blow off and it was better. Then I mixed it with a '04 "Cuvee Grenache" from the same producer and it was a whole new wine. Individually, they were nothing but together they were really good. This provided the backbone, the other rounded it out and upped the fruit quotient. A lesson in blending.
