Light red. A really muted nose. Hints of cherry and earth but really muted. This may have just need a little decant time or 5 more years in the bottle but I found this very dull.
This is a negociant wine and not a wine from the Domaine. I'm pretty sure the negociant wines are labelled Olivier LeFlaive and the Domaine wines are labelled Domaine LeFlaive. I've never found an Olivier Leflaive wine I though was worth the $$$.

Bill's Monthly Lunch - October 2009 (Vancouver, BC): Tasted blind - Bright medium ruby colour. Muted nose at first but after 15-20 minutes showed a little bit of cherry and earthy notes. Very light on the palate. Lean and tart finish. Unfortunately this was popped and poured and probably didn’t show its full potential. Needs time. Good. 87+
