  Opened a week ago and, true to all of Bill's reds, is still growing. This wine has always been exceptional and gets better with every bottle I open. Complex with cedar notes and a languorous finish. My only regret is that I have so little left.
  The wine looks purple colored. The legs are slow. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like blackberry. The body is medium/full. The wine has round texture. The wine finishes long. The wine has low acidity.

  Clear dark ruby in color. Clean nose of cassis, spice, and cedar. Dry, med acidity, med body, nice tannins, nice black fruit on palate, vanilla, spice, and cedar. Nice finish. This wine is still getting better. The fruit is holding, and the other secondary flavours are becoming more pronounced. I think this is one of the better made BC wines out there. Bill is a great wine maker whose wines are great on release, but only get better with time.
