This is a unique wine. I purchased a bottle after a tasting several months back but tasted it over two nights at 55F and right out of the refrigerator. Not recommended to chill this wine. This bottle was consumed at room temperature - wow. The body of this amber wine is medium with a long, full pallette. Banana, tropical fruit, smooth and creamy with a hint of something herbal.

Moderately light and fruity, held up very well when we finished it two days later.

Certainly distinctive, this offers complex flavors of flowers, cut herbs, and white fruit, with a linear, citrus-y, tight mouthfeel.
