  Very tasty chard! Love the nice restraint and crisp acidity buttressing the lovely mouthfeel/richness on the palate. Shows again that in the hands of the right producers the 07' Oregon wines are lovely. Tropical fruit on the palate with nice apple and freshness. Great QPR.

  To Johnson's for dinner. Excellent QPR. Grapefruit, very subtle oak and a little butter. Good balance. A value of an Oregon Chard.

  Wow! Bergström really nailed this one with an Oregonian version of a high-end Burg. Came out of the bottle tight and tart initially, then with some air (plus a day in the fridge), opened into a juice that I'd have blind-tasted as a Premier Cru Meursault, or a medium-level Chassagne Montrachet. Very light straw in the glass, crystal clear with a tropical nose, flows to the palate with all the right stuff: mango, white peach, slate and just the right amount of toasty oak. Not heavy or cloying, but balanced and finishing longer than a bad soliloquy. Best part? Found it on a closeout at $9.99. Wish they had a barrel left.
