I have to agree with previous post by dbp- this was a pretty modest cabernet. I was slightly disappointed that it was a synthetic cork. Nearly six years old and the color hadn't even begun to change and it threw no sediment. Decent fruit and a bit of front-palate spiciness. The finish had a tiny bit of tar, black cherry and cola. Food friendly with red meat, but not one I'd sip on its own.

Ken and Erica's Wedding (Anderson Valley): A little spicy, generic cabernet nose. Not much going on on the mid-palate. Boring, generic, but not a bad wine. Certainly drinkable, if not distinguishable.
