Pleasant nose with black fruits, fine spices, mint and leather. Good intensity on the medium to full bodied palate but rather drying on the finish. Drink now or hold.
WSET Notes:
Deep garnet.
Pronounced on the nose with blackberry, blackcurrant, mint, graphite, cedar, vanilla, clove, leather, tobacco and game. Developing.
Pronounced and dry on the palate. Medium plus body, high acidity, high tannins, medium alcohol, medium plus finish.
Can drink now but has potential for ageing.

A most enjoyable wine with a lovely Margaux nose. Not that complex on the palate, but plenty of fruit. Elegant. I did not find this to be dry or thin.
I doubt that it will get better, so drink up.

Decanted 5 hours, very flat, jammy almost like molasses. Drank a 25 dollar Medoc that was Much better. I’ll stick with Bellgrave
