  Poped a 500 ml bottle from cellar expecting it to be bad. Surprise! Color light golden straw, just beginning to oxidize. Lots of acidity remaining. Had with Lobster/Crab cakes. Just illustrates how long wines, even inexpensive whites, can keep in proper cellar. Mine pretty much stays between 52 and 54. Given age it was worth 83 pts.
