  Clear, light lemon yellow. Bright, lively nose with grapefruit, cut grass and a hint of passion fruit. Well balanced on the palate with stony minerality and vibrant acidity balancing the subtle tropical fruit and asparagus flavours. Nice red apple on the finish.
