Visible vapor upon unscrewing cap, and something that looked like an oil slick on the surface in the glass. At first a medicinal chemical taste, but definitely mellowed after about 20 minutes and became more drinkable over the next hour. Still for the price I expected more, except for the privilege of drinking organic grapes. Was recommended by salesman at Canal's Bottle Stop.
