  Textbook Albarino. Delectable citrus, saline, and bread dough aromas. Flavors of apple, more dough, and citrus, and a salt spray finish. A knockout with clams. Very, very good first effort from Bodegas Montecillo, with the typical BM attention to heritage and varietal correctness. Every element in perfect balance. Excellent QPR.
