  Lovely bright gold. Stunning nose. Beautiful fresh apple with a little rhubarb and cream and some lemon peel. Also some floral notes - rosewater and maybe honeysuckle. To taste, apples, lemon zest, cooked rhubarb, elderflowers. Both fresh and searingly dry at the same time. Big, acid-filled finish.

  Very good. Aromas of white flowers and light lemon citrus. The palate is incredibly smooth and has a really long lasting finish. Not too dry, probably because of the lack of oak.
