Last of 8 bottles. No bricking but my cellar is on the cooler side for red wines so ageing may not be as fast as other’s.
Yet, most of the fruit has mellowed out, to the point where this reminds me of a heftier nebiolo rather than the young wild horse that this wine used to be.
Garnet color, fairly thin tears, no bricking. Nose: mint, stewed cherry, a bit of heat, herbs (basil, rosemary). Palate: muted black fruit, raspberry, still some measure of drying tannins, garrigue, coriander. Medium length, lasting leather and tobacco leaf
Not a star but very pleasant, for very different reasons than 8 years ago. I still wish that i had more. 91pts.

Delicious. Smooth, rich, in a lovely spot in its window. Evi loved it. Not a lot of fruit on the nose, more tobacco, etc., but very clean.
