Cellar Triage Tasting In the Days of Plague (Home): Marginally a bit past its time but still vital, great with the dessert. Mild botrytis notes, alcohol a bit high at 12%, sweet but not an overwhelming stickie per se. Got this for $5 at a warehouse sale. Well worth that. May use rest of bottle for cooking, something pork based.

A private lunch (Restaurant Schloss Berg ***, Perl/Nennig, Germany): Oxidative style, quite the opposite of e.g. Disznókö, figs and nuts, relatively soft style, juicy, perfect with a chocolate dessert.
